Description

 

The VirtexTM-4 FPGA SP-V4SX55-PCI-A board is configured and then plugged into a parallel PCI bus system unit. The board supports 32-bit or 64-bit PCI bus data paths. This board provides a development platform for designing and verifying VirtexTM-4 FPGA based PCI and Stand-Alone applications. The SP-V4SX55-PCI-A is intended to plug-in to a 5V or 12V keyed system board. In addition, there is also a 4-bank QSH connector on this platform which can make a high- bandwidth data transfer channel with a similar platform in parallel processing applications where two cards are plugged in a single motherboard.

  • Device Configuration Through On-board Platform Flash (32Mb), or Download Using Xilinx Platform Cable USB (JTAG programming interface)
  • Two Independent SDRAM Banks (up to 64MB)
  • User Push-button, Switches, LEDs and General Purpose I/O Header (GPIO Header)
  • JTAG and Trace Debug Ports
  • USB: Enhanced High - Speed USB 2.0 Interface
  • PCI Clocking Support for Global and Regional Clocking Applications
